Project & Construction Management
Our experienced Project and Construction Managers are available for
deployment to gas turbine power generation projects around the
world on a contract basis.
PDI has highly qualified and experienced Engineers and construction specialists available for short duration or long term gas turbine projects.
From design to commissioning and hand-over, our project and construction management professionals work to ensure projects are managed safely, to specification, and on time.
Installation & Commissioning
As well as supplying refurbished gas turbines ex-stock
from our Dubai facility, PDI can also supervise the installation and
commissioning of these units at your project site.
PDI can mobilise highly qualified electrical, mechanical, controls and instrumentation engineers for projects around the world from our base in Dubai. We can manage all aspects of the installation and commissioning of both on-base and off-base equipment.
Power Plant Relocations
If
your project involves used or overhauled machinery that
requires dismantling and relocation, PDI will assign a
dedicated and experienced team who will travel to site to manage and
supervise the entire process. Our dismantling and relocation services
include:
- Onsite inspections
- Disassembly and packing ready for shipment
- Loading supervision for the shipment
- Logistic management
- Refurbishment supervision (if required)
- Installation and commissioning
Turnkey EPC Management (EPCM)
PDI
has the capability to manage turnkey
projects in the range of 20 MW to 120 MW that incorporate full
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). We also have
extensive experience in logistics management related to the
transportation of gas turbine equipment and balance of plant.
A professional team of highly qualified and experienced project managers, engineers and construction specialists are assembled by PDI to carefully plan and coordinate each power plant project to customer specifications and requirements.
Project Development
In addition to being able to provide turnkey EPC Management of projects utilising our range of heavy duty industrial gas turbines, our team of experienced power engineering specialists can also provide project developers with independent consulting services for a range of power generation technologies including aeroderivative gas turbines, diesel gensets, gas engines, and small-scale renewable involving wind or solar power.
